Hemlings made of soft and springy Carbosan-Foam lining with soft perforated latex foam. In the central part they have a hole in the shape of a "drop of water" allowing them to be used on a particularly sensitive heel sole – Achilles heel spurs. Pulling out the "drops" prevents the pressure of the sore spur and the formation of inflammation and maintains the correct positioning of the heel in the footwear. They are antifungal and antibacterial and absorb unpleasant odors. The foam has excellent resistance to deformation, which provides the foot with a stable support throughout the entire period of use.
